NFL Recap Week 15 2022:

49ers 21-13 over the Seahawks: QB Brock Purdy outplayed QB Geno Smith two (both went to TE George Kittle) to one TD pass and RB Christian McCaffrey had a rushing TD.

Vikings 39-36 over the Colts (OT): The Vikings completed the largest comeback in NFL history overcoming a 33 point halftime deficit.  QB Kirk Cousins had four TD passes and RB FB CJ Ham had a rushing TD.  They won in overtime on a field goal to seal it and had a fumble recovery TD in regulation. The Colts had an interception returned for a TD and blocked a punt which they also returned for a TD.

Browns 13-3 over the Ravens: The Ravens as a team had three fumbles, an interception and somehow the best kicker in the league missed two field goals. Cleveland did also miss two field goals but QB Deshaun Watson showed up and threw one TD pass.

Bills 32-29 over the Dolphins: QB Josh Allen out played QB Tua Tagovailoa with four TDs compared to two. The Bills kicked the game winning field goal as time expired.

Saints 21-18 over the Falcons: Between QB Andy Dalton and TE Taysom Hill threw for a combined three TD passes, while in his debut rookie QB Desmond Ridder only threw for 97 yards with no TD passes.

Steelers 24-16 over Panthers: QB Mitchell Trubisky had zero TD passes but between him and both of his RBs they had three rushing TDs. QB Sam Darnold only had one TD pass.

Eagles 25-10 over the Bears: QB Jalen Hurts had zero passing TDs but had three rushing TDs (two point conversion), while QB Justin Fields had two passing TDs. RB David Montgomery caught one of those TD passes and a rushing TD but the Bears kicker missed an extra point. Fields set the franchise record for single season rushing yards by a QB.

Chiefs 30-24 over the Texans (OT): The Texans fumbled the ball in overtime and RB Jerrick McKinnon scored the game winning TD. He also caught a TD pass one of the two QB Patrick Mahomes threw plus a rushing TD. QB Davis Mills actually held his own with two passing TDs and a rushing TD but he had that fumble.

Jaguars 40-34 over the Cowboys (OT): QB Dak Prescott had three passing TDs but threw two interceptions with one being the dagger as it was returned for a TD to end the game in overtime. QB Trevor Lawrence had four TD passes.

Lions 20-17 over the Jets: The Lions led early and never looked back as Jets QB Zach Wilson did his best with two TD’s with one late but their kicker missed a potential game tying field goal as time expired. The Lions got a punt return TD and one passing TD from QB Jared Goff.

Broncos 24-15 over the Cardinals: In a battle of backup QBs it was all on the RBs as veterans Marlon Mack and Latavius Murray (130 yards) both had rushing TDs for Denver while RB James Connor had one rushing TD. Cardinals QBs had three interceptions combined while Denver’s backup QB Brett Rypien had an interception too but one passing TD.

Raiders 30-24 over the Patriots: QB Derek Carr had three TD passes and the Raiders had a lead early but never looked back despite a strong effort from the Patriots. RB Rhamondre Stevenson had 172 yards rushing with a rushing TD and picked off Carr once which was returned for a TD. The Raiders got another TD in the end on a fumble recovery being returned for a TD.

Chargers 17-14 over the Titans: If it weren’t for the Chargers RBs getting two rushing TDs this game would have gone different as QB Justin Herbert had a bad game of zero passing TDs with two interceptions. RB Derrick Henry was his usual self for Tennessee with over 100 yards rushing with a TD but both QBS that suited up had zero passing TDs and one interception. Chargers won the game on a game winning field goal but the Titans missed a field goal earlier.

Bengals 34-23 over the Buccaneers: QB Joe Burrow out played QB Tom Brady as he had four passing TDs with one interception compared to Brady having three passing TDs but with two fumbles and two interceptions. Tampa Bay also missed a field goal.

Giants 20-12 over the Commanders: The Giants only trailed early and after that they never looked back. Their defense forced four fumbles with one being returned for a TD and RB Saquon Barkley had a rushing TD. Washington also missed an extra point.

Packers 24-12 over the Rams: It was all RB AJ Dillon who had two rushing TDs for the Packers as both QBs had one TD pass with an interception. The Rams kicker also missed an extra point.
