Lions 23-20 over the Bears: The Bears down 16-0 entering half time and outscored the Lions in the second half but it wasn’t enough in the end. QB Jared Goff had two passing TDs for Detroit and rookie QB Caleb Williams had three passing TDs for Chicago.
Cowboys 27-20 over the Giants: The Cowboys sacked QB Drew Lock six times, forced two fumbles and picked off Lock once where it was returned for a TD. QB Cooper Rush had one TD pass and RB Rico Dowdle had 112 yards rushing with a rushing TD. Lock did have one of his team’s two rushing TDs.
Packers 30-17 over the Dolphins: Green Bay went up 24-3 at halftime and never looked back. QB Jordan Love threw two TD passes both to WR Jayden Reed and RB Josh Jacobs had a rushing TD. QB Tua Tagovailoa threw two TD passes for Miami.
Chiefs 19-17 over the Raiders: In this divisional rival game on a Friday there were three fumbles and four missed field goals. Kansas City led for most of the game as kicker Matthew Wright accounted for thirteen of their points. QB Aidan O’Connell came back from injury for the Raiders to throw two second half TD passes.
Steelers 44-38 over the Bengals: The Steelers went up 27-21 at halftime and never looked back in this divisional rival matchup. QB Russell Wilson had three passing TDs and so did QB Joe Burrow but each had an interception. Wilson’s was returned for a TD. Also both running backs had a rushing TD and the teams combined for three fumbles with the Steelers returning one for a TD.
Commanders 42-19 over the Titans: Rookie QB Jayden Daniels had three passing TDs with a rushing TD plus they got two more rushing TDs. QB Will Levis threw two TD passes for the Titans.
Texans 23-20 over the Jaguars: The Texans were up 23-6 entering the 4th quarter and held on despite a nice comeback attempt from QB Mac Jones who threw two TD passes. QB CJ Stroud had one TD pass and RB Joe Mixon had a rushing TD. Jacksonville missed a field goal.
Chargers 17-13 over the Falcons: QB Kirk Cousins had zero TD passes with four interceptions with one being returned for a TD. Outside of the defensive TD the Chargers only scored on field goals. RB Bijan Robison had one rushing TD for 102 yards rushing for Atlanta.
Vikings 23-22 over the Cardinals: QB Sam Darnold threw the game winning TD pass with a minute left his second of the game. QB Kyler Murray only had one TD pass with two interceptions and a fumble. Both kickers accounted for double digit points but each missed a field goal.
Colts 25-24 over the Patriots: QB Anthony Richardson threw the game winning TD pass with less than 10 second left his second of the game. He did also have a rushing TD but two interceptions. Rookie QB Drake Maye had only one TD pass with an interception and their kicker missed two field goals.
Seahawks 26-21 over the Jets: The Jets went up 21-7 early and then got outscored 19-0. Both teams missed an extra point and four combined fumbles. QB Aaron Rodgers did have two TD passes but an interception. QB Geno Smith had one TD pass. The Jets did have a 99 yard kickoff return.
Rams 21-14 over the Saints: The Saints were up 6-0 entering halftime but then the Rams offense woke up. QB Matthew Stafford threw two TD passes and RB Kyren Williams had a rushing TD. The Saints kicker accounted for 6 of their points but missed a field goal.
Eagles 24-19 over the Ravens: QB Saquon Barley ran all over the Ravens for 107 yards with a rushing TD and QB Jalen Hurts had a rushing TD plus one passing TD. The Ravens were up 9-0 early but blew the lead as QB Lamar Jackson had two of his team’s fumbles and Justin Tucker missed two field goals plus an extra point.
Buccaneers 26-23 over the Panthers (OT): The Buccaneers hit both the game tying field goal to force overtime and the game winning field goal in overtime over their divisional rival. QB Bryce Young had both a rushing and a passing TD. A combined three field goals missed and three fumbles. QB Baker Mayfield had two of those fumbles and two interceptions.
Bills 35-10 over the 49ers: QB Josh Allen had two passing TDs but one was lateraled to him from his wide receiver for the TD, a rushing TD, and both of his RBs had rushing TDs as they thrived in the snow. The 49ers managed to only get one TD in the second half by a third string RB and had three fumbles plus they missed two field goals.
Broncos 41-32 over the Browns: This was a high scoring affair but also a messy game with a missed field goal and five interceptions total as Denver returned two of them for a TD. Rookie QB Bo Nix had only one TD pass and his team two rushing TDs, plus Will Lutz accounted for eleven of their points. QB Jameis Winston had four passing TDs for the Browns.
