NFL Recap Week 3 2025:

Bills 31-21 over the Dolphins: QB Josh Allen out played QB Tua Tagovailoa with three passing TDs with one turnover compared to only two TD passes with two turnovers.
Browns 13-10 over the Packers:  The Browns trailed 10-0 all game before hitting the game winning field goal as time expired to complete the upset/comeback. The Browns did get a rushing TD but it was all kicker Andre Szmyt.

Colts 41-20 over the Titans: The Colts went up 20-6 at halftime and never looked back. RB Jonathan Taylor ran all over the Titans for three rushing TDs and 102 yards. Rookie QB Cam Ward did have a passing TD for his team but got intercepted and returned for a TD. This game had three missed field goals.

Vikings 48-10 over the Bengals: In the backup QB game it was all QB Carson Wentz who had two passing TDs plus their backup RB had two rushing TDs. QB Jake Browning had two interceptions and his team had five fumbles. CB Isaiah Rodgers had both an interception and a fumble recovery for a TD.

Steelers 21-14 over the Patriots: QB Aaron Rodgers threw the go-ahead TD with two minutes left, his second of the game to seal the game. QB Drake Maye also had two passing TDs but he had two of the team’s five turnovers.

Eagles 33-26 over the Rams: The Eagles were down 26-7 in the third quarter but outscored the Rams 26-0 the rest of the game. The Eagles blocked a field goal and returned it for a TD to complete the comeback. QB Jalen Hurts had three passing and one rushing TD. In general Los Angeles missed two field goals

Buccaneers 29-24 over the Jets: The Jets blocked a field goal and returned it for a TD to take the lead but then the Buccaneers hit the game winning field goal as time expired. Kicker Chase McLaughlin accounted for seventeen of Tampa Bay points. They also returned an interception for a TD.

Commanders 41-24 over the Raiders: Backup QB Marcus Mariota had both a passing and rushing TD, plus both of their backup RBs had rushing TDs. Washington also had a 90 yard punt return TD. QB Geno Smith did his best to make it close with three passing TDs all going to WR Tre Tucker but it wasn’t enough.

Panthers 30-0 over the Falcons: The Panthers shut out their divisional rivals as their defense forced a fumble and picked off QB Michael Pennix, returning one for a TD. Atlanta after cutting their kicker for a new one had the new kicker miss both of his field goals. QB Bryce Young only had a rushing TD and no passing TDs.

Jaguars 17-10 over the Texans: In this divisional rival game of the two best teams in this division there was a fumble, three interceptions and two missed field goals combined. RB Travis Etienne had the go-ahead TD for Jacksonville.

Chargers 23-20 over the Broncos: Cameron Dicker hit the game winning field goal as time expired to beat their divisional rivals and complete the comeback for Los Angeles. Both QBs had a passing TD and both teams had a rushing TD. Dicker accounted for 11 of their points.

Seahawks 44-13 over the Saints: QB Sam Darnold had two passing TDs and RB Kenneth Walker had two rushing TDs. Plus their kicker Jason Myers accounted for 14 of their points and they had a 95 yard punt return TD. The Saints missed a field goal and their QB only had one TD pass and had an interception.

Bears 31-14 over the Cowboys: QB Caleb Williams had four passing TDs for the Bears with no turnovers compared to QB Dak Prescott who only had one passing TD, plus he had two of his team’s three interceptions.

49ers 16-15 over the Cardinals: The 49ers hit the game winning field goal as time expired to beat their divisional rivals and complete the comeback. Both QBs Mac Jones and Kyer Murray had a passing TD. The Cardinals did miss a field goal but sacked Jones in the end zone for a safety.

Chiefs 22-9 over the Giants: A missed field goal, two missed extra points, two fumbles and two interceptions in this sloppy game. QB Patrick Mahomes had one TD pass compared to QB Russell Wilson.

Lions 38-30 over the Ravens: The Lions ran all over the Ravens with over 200 yards between both RBs where both Jaymir Gibbs and David Montgomery had two rushing TDs a piece.  QB Lamar Jackson did his best to keep up with the Lions as he threw three TD passes but was sacked seven times and had a fumble.
