Luis Sojo is a former utility player who won four World Series Championships with the New York Yankees and is in the Venezuelan Baseball Hall of Fame. Post playing career he went into coaching in the Yankees system and managed the Venezuelan team in the World Baseball Classic.

AJ Burnett is a former stating pitcher who won one World Series Championship in 2009 with the Yankees, made one All-Star team and pitched a no-hitter.

Jim Dwyer is a former outfielder who won one World Series Championship in 1983 with the Baltimore Orioles and he became the 18th player to hit a homerun in his first ever World Series at-bat.

Luis Rivera is a former shortstop who played for twelve seasons and then went into coaching or managing in the minor leagues or t he major leagues. He spent thirteen seasons working for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Sid Hudson was a two time All-Star starting pitcher for the Washington Senators and served the Army Air Forces during World War II. He also was a long time pitching coach.

Cliff Melton was a pitcher who made one All-Star team and had two nicknames “Mickey Mouse” and “Mountain Music”.

Bart Johnson was a starting pitcher for the Chicago White Sox for eight seasons and went on to become a scout for them after he retired.
