NFL Recap Week 10 2023:

Bears 16-13 over the Panthers: In a battle for the #1 pick in the draft this game had 11 punts, a missed field goal, a fumble and no passing TDs. It was former Panther RB D’Onta Foreman who had a rushing TD for the Bears and the Panthers did get a 79 yard punt return TD.

Colts 10-6 over the Patriots: In Germany it was the Colts who had the only TD which was by RB Jonathan Taylor. Both Patriots QBS had interceptions and the team had a fumble too.

Browns 33-31 over the Ravens: The Browns were losing 31-17 in the 4th quarter but came back to win as QB Deshaun Watson threw a TD pass and their defense picked off QB Lamar Jackson and returned it for a TD (the second interception of the day), then hit the game winning field goal. The Ravens had two rushing TDs (plus an interception returned for a TD) but missed a field goal and the Browns had one rushing TD but missed an extra point.

Texans 30-27 over the Bengals: Newly signed kicker Matt Ammendola hit the game winning field goal as time expired to upset the Bengals on their home field. QB Joe Burrow didn’t have his best game even with two passing TDs because he had two interceptions and a fumble. Rookie QB CJ Stroud came back down to earth with only one TD pass/one rushing TD with an interception/two fumbles.

49ers 34-3 over the Jaguars: QB Brock Purdy had three TD passes and WR Debo Samuel in his return from injury had a rushing TD. QB Trevor Lawrence had no passing TDs with a fumble and two interceptions.

Vikings 27-19 over the Saints: QB Josh Dobbs did it again willing his team to victory with a passing and rushing TD. QB Derek Carr left the game with an injury for the Saints and like always QB Jameis Winston dazzled with two passing TDs but also threw two costly interceptions in the 4th quarter.

Steelers 23-19 over the Packers: QB Jordan Love might have two passing TDs but threw costly interceptions in the 4th quarter. The Steelers RB Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren ran all over the Packers defense as they got two rushing TDS.

Buccaneers 20-6 over the Titans: QB Baker Mayfield had two passing TDs while rookie QB Will Levis had no passing TDs, plus the Titans missed a field goal.

Cardinals 25-23 over the Falcons:  The Cardinals won a game winning field goal as time expired. Both QBs Kyler Murray and rookie Clayton Tune had rushing TDs while kicker Matt Prater accounted for 13 of their points. Atlanta also had both QBs have TD’s, one passing by Taylor Heincke and Desmond Ridder with a rushing TD.

Lions 41-38 over the Chargers: The Lions run game was the true MVP in this game as in his return from injury RB David Montgomery had 116 yards rushing with a rushing TD, and rookie Jahmyr Gibbs had two rushing TDs. QB Jared Goff did have two passing TDs as well. QB Justin Herbert did his best with four passing TDs but it wasn’t enough.

Cowboys 49-17 over the Giants: The Giants were down 28-0 at halftime and couldn’t come back VS Dallas as QB Dak Prescott had four TD passes with a rushing TD, and got two rushing TDs with one from WR CeeDee Lamb. Rookie QB Tommy Devito did have two passing TDs for New York.

Seahawks 29-26 over the Commanders: The Seahawks hit the game winning field goal as time expired after QB Sam Howell threw one of his three TD passes to help Washington tie the game just before. QB Geno Smith had two passing TDs for Seattle.

Raiders 16-12 over the Jets: QB Zach Wilson threw an interception with a minute left on top of his fumble he already had, and they were only in this game because kicker Greg Zuerlein accounted for all of the points. Rookie QB Adrian O’Connell had one passing TD which was in crunch time in the 4th quarter.

Broncos 24-22 over the Bills: The Broncos hit the game winning field goal as time expired. QB Russell Wilson outplayed QB Josh Allen as he had two passing TDs with no turnovers, but Allen had one TD pass/one rushing TD but also two interceptions and a fumble.
